A few days before I departed, my family and I went to Santa Monica/Venice to ride bikes. It's like an annual thing. We do this every year. We rent cruisers, tribikes and the occasional tandems (only my parents get the tandems because my dad rides while mum just sits and enjoys the view haha!) in Santa Monica and ride by the beach-side to venice.
I love the looking at the beach, palm trees and all the beach-front houses and buildings! They're all so interesting and the architecture of each building is different and unique on Venice beach. And not to mention, we did happen to pass the SNAPCHAT house! The creators of snapchat, I believe. It was a white building with several giant snapchat logos everywhere from infront of the house, to inside, to on top of the roof of the house. I would have stopped to take a photo but .... yeah.
The markets and vibe riding through and stopping by the markets in Venice beach is so good. I love it! It would literally be my dream place to purchase a home... One day Joanne, one day. I don't have any photos of the Venice beach area, but these photos are all of the Santa Monica side. It is a lot more quite.
We stopped by a cafe ON the beach for a little rest and drink. Classic family photo. Mum & I doing the West side and my brother and dad eating.. haha
Medal to the ones who can figure out what my brother is doing... hahahaha ya'll gotta look closely.
